A. Yes, you’ll have to attend an alcohol school. About 8 hours of school for DUI in Las Vegas would be required, which can be split into 4 two hour sessions or 1 eight hour session. In case your BAC test showed a rating of .18 or higher, you will have to attain an evaluation form BADA (Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse) and the court will also order further counseling (AA or NA). A. No. Speak with your Las Vegas DUI Lawyer or Las Vegas Criminal Attorney to help you out with a legal remedy.

Q. If I burped within twenty minutes of blowing, what will happen?

A. Burping may result in the breath machine taking the reading from your stomach rather than your lungs and showing an incorrect result. Such a problem can also occur with dentures. In such a case, you should discuss the facts with your Las Vegas DUI Attorney.
